Account and Data Deletion

At CateLMS we understand that your or your student’s data is yours. Except in cases where data retention is required by local, state or federal law, we are happy to remove any data that belongs to you at your lawful request.

Please fill out the form below and we will process the request. Please know that for security purposes we may need to contact your to verify identification and legal guardianship, if necessary. Also, please note that your request will likely be expedited if your or your student’s account was created through an organization that you contact them directly. Any questions may be directed to privacy@catelms.com. Requests are typically responded to within 48 business hours.
